Hello friends of the family. We have played
a few shows lately and really gotten a better feel on our show and sound. Also
"Rock on the Front Lines" is finally here so thanks for the purchases
and we hope and know you will enjoy the cd. Its amazing. Already though we are
working on new material for our new E.P and possibly a B-sides album with some
live and rare tracks. Go to the media page to see our links to different info,
and join us on the MYSPACE revolution.-johnJuly 25th, 2005Thanks
for everyone who came to the shows on friday and saturday, as it was much appreciated.
Friday night i showed up at about 6:00 and got ready to play, the show turned
out really good as we had about 90 people to show up. We played some old favorites.
We played Perfect Family, and yes to all that heard, we added a little bit of
Word Up to one of our songs haha. Thanks for those that pre-ordered, the cd
is still shaping up to be a very listenable cd haha. After the show, Michael
did a dedication to one of his friends from High School, we are sorry for this
loss, and we appreciate all that came out for this. Saturday we went to macon
to the state convention and got set up. The convention center was amazing, and
the sound there was phenomenal. We played for about 500 people from all over
the state, so it was pretty cool. We played "Sad Day In Washington"
and "Tear the Veil". After that we played worship with some other
people around the state, so it was a great weekend for the band musically. -johnJuly 20th, 2005For those
that are waiting for the Cd, we really appreciate your patience. Studio time
has been hard to come by lately, due to vacation, and other things with Jamie
and Mike. I just redid the site, because I get bored easily haha. The new album
is almost out so those that are waiting again we will do something special for
ya haha. So preorder now on the front page or the MERCH page. Its only 6 dollars
at the show, or 7 online. There will be shows this friday and saturday, so try
and make it out. The shows are free, and friday's starts at 8:00. Come out and
bring your friends, it shall be quite the fun time.

I thought
this was crazy and AMAZING how far God has brought us. I was on yahoo.com looking
at our groups site, and I found this old POST:"From:
"sixtysecondtrack" <freeosin@aol.com>
Date: Tue Oct 21, 2003 10:46 pm
Subject: Sorry Guys, No sixtysecondtrack anymore sixtysecondt... Hey,
This is John(lead singer/bass player)
Sixty Second Track is no longer a band to let ya'll know. Jamie and I
and Michael and Steven have gone separate ways. You will soon hear
music from us. Jamie and I have started a new band, not sure what
other key players are in it yet, but we will update soon. Not sure
what music michael and steven are creating, but i will let you know
as soon as I find out. Well Keep us in your prayers and im sure God
will work us out and bless us. We wanna keep rocking yall's ears so
keep coming back.John
SixtySecondTrack-R.I.P haha jk maybe someday we will be back, never
know." I just
think its amazing, to now say that the band is still going strong almost a year
or so later. We are finishing up our new record "Rock on the Front Lines"
right now, and God is doing amazing things. We were going from breakup to where
we are now, and Jesus is still in the forefront of our music. God bless all
who have continued to come to shows and buy cd's. You Rock! UPDATES: We are
finishing up hallelujah this and next week. Albums should be sent off for, by
the end of this month.

Well the site is back up and running, after my latency in paying hahaha. Sorry
guys, i mean 100 bucks a year doesnt come cheap. No, actually i just forgot
to pay.... lame. Well we just got out of the studio last night, working on vocals
for Explode, or Tear the Veil, or Jesus Save Us, we are sooo undecided on a
name for the song. The lyrics are amazing for that song, here is just a snippet(thanks
mike/jamie, i think i did something in the song but i wont take credit haha)
"tear the black restraining veil, that seperates my heart from yours; this
heavy laden warrior is finally beaten down; wrent from shores of crystal peace
where praise is from angel scores". Those are awesome lyrics, and the recording
went really well. Just for everyone who was asking "HALLELUJAH" is
finally been added to the cd. The recording will take place this or next week.
Well thats about if for now. Please, please, please tell everyone you know to
come to www.sixtysecondtrack.com and preorder the cd. Right now it is only 7
dollars through paypal. God bless,

June 1st, 2005Hey, hows
everyone doing? Thanks for coming out to our last couple shows. We have really
loved the support you guys showed, even though my drumset chose to self-destruct
in the middle of the show hahahah. Well things are really amazing right now,
but fast paced at the same time. We are almost finished with "ROCK ON THE
FRONT LINES" and only have vocals to complete, and a little producing work
to be done on the side(thanks Will). Anyways, the album is gonna be really amazing,
and Im sure you will all share the same passion for the album as we do. We pre-sold
about 70 albums the other night, and sold about 15 of our old album "In
God We Trust". If you havent pre-ordered the new album yet, then please
do. Just go to the MERCH page and you can pay with MASTERCARD or VISA through
PAYPAL. We guarantee you will be satisfied. The album is only $6 in person,
$7 online, or when the final version comes out, it will be $10. So get yours
before the price goes up. Well as a band, we are still moving forward, and are
already working on new music for our next album, and future concerts. The move
of Jamie and Michael up to Tennesee will not be a deterrent in the fact of us
moving on as a band, but will only further the opportunity we will have available
to us. This summer is kinda busy, with Mike, Jamie, and Myself all working and
going to different church camps, and organizations. We will still try to get
in a few shows this summer, as this will be our last major run through Georgia.
Most of our shows will be moved up to Tennessee in the future, to keep the center
of the band around Mike and Jamie. Anyways, with that being said. Go to the
VIDEO/AUDIO page and join the YAHOO GROUPS site, so that we may keep in contact
with you. Its not a SPAM email, but only emails that I personally send out from
the band. Well I will talk to you later, keep us in your prayers, and tell EVERYONE
to preorder the cd from this site.

Alright kids, we have some awesome stuff coming up right now. We had a show
Friday, and thanks to the 65 who came out, we appreciate the support from you
guys. We released a new song there, and from the feedback of the crowd, it's
an awesome song. Yesterday, we recorded two songs, and today we did too. God's
really been blessing us beyond belief in the studio--allowing us to get stuff
done very quickly and with accuracy that we've never experienced before as a
band. As you guys and gals know, we've released the title of the upcoming album
as "Rock on the Front Lines". This is not just some little catchphrase
name, we picked this under the same theme as our semi-political songs "Powers
that Be" and "Sad Day in Washington". In today's ever-relaxing
society, we see youth being told that living a totally Christ-centered life
is unnacceptable. But, "don't be surprised if the world hates you"
and "be not weary in well-doing" because if we endure the temptation
to give in to the enemy, then we "shall receive the crown of life which
the Lord has promised to those who love Him." As a band, it's going to
get harder and harder to freely preach the message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ,
but as Christians, John, Michael, and I know that "the sufferings of this
present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed
in us." So, what can we say to the youth of today, chosen and called to
live for Christ? Rock it on the front lines! School's either let out, or about
to, so share the Gospel because there is no greater a gift that you can share
with anyone than that! Remember this as you're on the mission field of you campus
or of your job: "I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God,
that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which
is your reasonable service. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed
by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable
and perfect will of God." (Romans 12:1-2 NKJV)
On behalf of the band, and in Christ's perfect Love,
-Jamie
